Definitely a skirt that will brighten up any day, even if the dreaded Monday rolls in... hehe. With red ribbons details (not very visible in pictures, but do email to clarify) and pleats, this high-waisted skirt definitely looks best when paired with a bright red obi sash/clincher to bring out the lil red ribbons!
