Lily Allen's a source of inspiration not only when it comes to music, but also when it comes to having a distinctive sense of style and having third nipples (ahem). Known for her cutesy and quirky style, here she was back in the day promoting her debut album. Though nowadays she has a more mature style, we still love her look back then.
